ONE-ON-ONE PERSONAL TRAINING
Ongoing personal training takes a more in depth approach for those who want more ongoing motivation, support, education and instruction. Getting to know you is the first step in designing your fitness plan. As your personal trainer, I will look at your health history, your current or past injuries and/or surgeries, health issues, any medications and/or supplements you are taking, etc. I will also look at your exercise history, current exercise level, goals, schedule, etc. If you have never lifted weights, you are not alone, most the of the people I work with are beginners, click here to learn more about weight training for beginners.
